My background:

I am an experienced senior recruiter working in the Business Transformation & Projects practice in Sydney.

I was born in Belgium and moved to England when I was 5, growing up in North London. I joined Ambition in February 2016 after 12 months of travelling in South America and off the back of a few years working in the joys of the compliance world.

My landing point was on a Business Transformation desk, recruiting in the world of Change Management/HR/Transformation / Process Excellence.

Since then, I have been promoted through the ranks at Ambition, whilst continuing to hone my expertise in Business Transformation and Projects.

Outside of work I’m a gigantic follower of football (Tottenham Hotspur), cricket and rugby league, as well as a lover of exercise in general – particularly triathlons and Pilates! I also love music (hip-hop, jungle/dnb, house and techno), travelling and writing!
